  • Taking instructions and providing general investment advice;

  • Setting up systems for collection of Rents and Service Charges and passing on net proceeds direct into your bank account;

  • Responding to tenants concerns or problems and taking appropriate action;

  • Providing basic accounts information on income and expenditure if required including reconciliation of service charge account where appropriate;

  • Negotiating and agreeing terms for Lease Renewals or Tenants vacation as appropriate or undertaking marketing of vacant space as required;

  • Generally looking to maximising the return on the investment.
